The Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute (CFSEI) 2024 Annual Expo will be held on May 20-22, 2024 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona. The Expo is designed for architects, builders/contractors and engineers. It is geared toward both skilled cold-formed steel framing professionals as well as newcomers. It will provide opportunities for education and networking as well as an exposition featuring state-of-the-art cold-formed steel framing technologies. Winners of the 2024 CFSEI Design and Distinguished Service Awards will also be announced. The three-day conference is the only one of its kind dedicated to cold-formed steel framing.
Call for Abstracts
 The CFSEI Expo provides a valuable platform for networking with industry experts and exchanging knowledge on cold-formed steel framing design and engineering. The Expo organizers are soliciting papers for presentation at the conference.
To be considered, submit your paper and include the following details:
- Name and affiliation.
- Contact information.
- 500-word technical description of the presentation topic.

Technical Sessions
2024 CFSEI Expo will feature educational opportunities in the latest advancements in cold-formed steel framing (CFS). Expo educational program is suited to both skilled CFS professionals and newcomers. CFSEI Expo sessions will be delivered by industry-recognized experts in CFS. In three days, expo participants will have the ability to earn more than ten continuing education credits.
Stipend Program for Young Engineers and Professors/Instructors
 CFSEI is awarding up to five $1200 stipends to young engineers and professors or instructors to attend the 2024 CFSEI Expo. The stipend can be used for any travel and lodging expenses related to the Expo. Recipients will receive free registration.
Eligibility: The stipend program is open to engineers under 35 years old and all instructors at universities with civil and structural engineering programs.
