The Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute (CFSEI) 2022 Annual Expo will be on held on May 16-18, 2022 at the Curtis Denver – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Denver, Colorado. The Expo is designed for architects, builders/contractors and engineers, with an educational program geared toward both skilled cold-formed steel framing professionals as well as newcomers. It will provide opportunities for education and networking as well as an exposition featuring state-of-the-art innovations, technologies and principles in cold-formed steel framing. Winners of the 2022 CFSEI Design and Distinguished Service Awards will also be announced. The three-day conference is the only one of its kind dedicated to the cold-formed steel framing industry. CFSEI will be holding the Expo in accordance with federal, local and state laws on any restrictions related to COVID-19 pandemic.

The Expo will include several cold-formed steel technical sessions providing 10+ continuing education credits, a trade show featuring the latest technologies in cold-formed steel framing.

Stipend Program for Young Engineers and Professors/Instructors

CFSEI is awarding up to five $1200 stipends to young engineers and professors or instructors to attend the 2022 CFSEI Expo. The stipend can be used for any travel and lodging expenses related to the Expo. Recipients will receive free registration.

Eligibility: The stipend program is open to engineers under 35 years old and all instructors at universities with civil and structural engineering programs.

How to Apply: Please email the  application form to [email protected] by March 17, 2022. Recipients will be notified by April 1.

The CFSEI Expo is being held at the Curtis Denver – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 1405 Curtis Street, Denver, Colorado 80202. A limited number of rooms have been reserved from Monday, May 16 to Wednesday, May 18 as follows:

Guest Room Rate Schedule

• King Rate $229/night + tax.

The room rate is guaranteed until April 16, 2022, MST. Guests can make reservations using the CFSEI reservations-dedicated page on an individual basis. Guests must use the dedicated link to receive the rate. Reservations made after midnight on April 16, 2022 will be subject to prevailing rates and accepted on a space- available basis.
